Transmission Line Five-Lens Image Monitoring and Capturing Device
In power systems, various external factors may cause damage to transmission line equipment, leading to power system faults or accidents, which poses a threat to the stability and reliability of the system. Traditional monitoring and capturing devices can only view from one direction. What if the rear part of the line is hooked by a construction team's aerial work vehicle or the tower foundation is damaged? To address this issue, our company has newly developed the TLKS-PMG-PV500 Five-Lens Image Monitoring and Capturing Device, which is equipped with two cameras at the front and rear respectively, plus one camera at the bottom, enabling all-round multi-angle photography. It uses LTE/CDMA/GPRS/WIFI technology to upload images captured at monitoring sites to the mobile phones of monitoring personnel and relevant staff, enabling timely detection and early warning of potential risks, thus ensuring the stable operation of the power system.
3. Working Principle
The Five-Lens Image Monitoring and Capturing Device has 5 cameras: 2 at the front, one for daytime photography and one for night-vision camera for photography and monitoring on the large side at night; 1 at the rear for photography and monitoring on the small side; and 1 at the bottom for monitoring the tower foundation below. It takes photos from various angles to better monitor the safety of the conductor channel and the tower, and transmits the images to the monitoring center via a wireless network. The monitoring center can manage, store, and display the images transmitted from the front end through management platform software, servers, and other equipment. The responsible department and personnel can install supporting client software on computers and laptops, follow the WeChat official account on smartphones, and view and control the front-end operations such as photography via the Internet and 4G network, enabling monitoring anytime and anywhere.
